Roof-only open pole barns from 20 to 40 ft wide, any length in 5 ft steps, eave heights to 16 ft. Every kit is a complete roof structure: trusses, posts, purlins, panels, trim and fasteners, cut to length and delivered to your site.

Common sizes
20 × 30 × 10 · 24 × 30 × 10 · 24 × 40 × 12 · 30 × 40 × 12 · 30 × 50 × 12 · 30 × 60 × 14 · 40 × 60 × 14 · 40 × 80 × 14. Any width of 20, 24, 30 or 40 ft and any length in 5 ft steps can be configured; standard pole barns are usually ready 2–3 weeks after the deposit clears, and custom sizes are confirmed at order.
What's in the kit
- Trusses: steel web trusses, 4/12 pitch, sized to the width (20, 24, 30, 40 ft), one per bay line.
- Posts: 6x6x16 treated to 13 ft eave, 6x6x20 to 15 ft, 8x8x20 above that; two bags of concrete per post.
- Purlins: 4 in red-oxide C-purlin on bays to 15 ft, 6 in on bays to 20 ft, rows no farther than 48 in on center. 8 in C is never used as a purlin on trusses.
- Roof: 26 ga ribbed metal panels (Galvalume 25-year or White SMP 45-year), 29 ga available. Panels cut to the slope length with 16 in framing overhang.
- Trim: ridge cap and gable rake trim in 10 ft 2 in pieces; eave trim optional.
- Hardware: truss center and truss-to-post bolt sets, washer screws by the bag.

Can I leave the posts out?
Yes. Toggle off posts and concrete if you're sourcing them locally; the kit reprices.
What about sides, doors and a slab?
These kits are roof-only open barns. Enclosure panels, doors and concrete are quoted separately; tell us in the notes.
Can you install it?
Yes. Choose "Installed by a PRC crew" in the configurator. Installed price shown as an estimate, confirmed after a site visit.
